If you ever get the chance to come to Cape Town, going up the cableway to the top of Table Mountain is a must. Back in August when Kendra, Micah, Kendra's brother Kent, and their friends Katie and Ryan came to visit we actually hiked up Table Mountain, and then took the cableway down. It was so very spectacular that I knew taking my mom up was a top priority.
Unfortunately, despite the fact that we've had an unusually dry, sunny, and beautiful May, all the rain seemed to come while she was here (and is still coming--we got hailed on as we walked home from church this morning!) That said, I watched the weather like a hawk, and we pounced as soon as the rain cleared up for a moment. Wednesday morning was our only chance, as the winds were supposed to pick up significantly by the end of the day and consequently shut the cableway down. Sandrine picked us up at 9:30am and off we went!

| The boys were so very, very, very excited to ride on the cable car. They remember well the last time they were on it. :) |

I love all of these posts from your mom's visit! It is fun to "re-visit" some of the places we went with you and also see some new stuff! And I think the boys get cuter every day - I love the hug attack pic :).
