After some downtime in the afternoon, we headed over to the East side of the mountains to check out the little towns over there. Stella would have a blast living up in the mountains, but I'm pretty sure Auggie and I would go nuts for lack of neighbors.
What's really amazing about Albuquerque is that hiking is a 3 minute walk from a neighborhood that we really like, or, in this case, a 20 minute drive. Back in Champaign it's maybe a 45 minute drive, and really closer to 3.5 hours for anything decent. .... Yes, the T family will fit in well..

Neat photos. Looks like Auggie has two top teeth now. And regarding bears, I read something recently about bears coming into Albq. You'll have to keep a close eye on little man in the yard.
