Cedarberg Camping Part 3: Truitjes Kraal

Thursday morning we headed over to Truitjes ("Trikeys") Kraal for some family fun and climbing. Truitjes Kraal is idea for kiddies as it's sandy, level, fun to explore, and even has some cave paintings as you head in.
Here's Andy surprising the kids above a small opening in the rock.
Cave paintings
Maia and Auggie: Wow!
Poor Eland got a snotty nose from Auggie
Cave paintings of elands!
It's not often that I get photos take of me climbing, so I give you two:
Rachel with Aimeé, Auggie, and Maia
These guys were hanging out in a rock dish about a meter off the ground.
Aimeé brought her night-night cat. She and Eland are so alike with their special stuffed animals, and they're super cute buddies. They like to hold each other's hands while walking around. :)
Andy near the top of a climb
Hannah climbing for the first time in 4 years and looking like a stud.
My stud, doing the belay.
Rachel rocking it out like her sister.
The view down the middle of Truitjes Kraal--check out that awesome formation on the right!
Dan topping the route that Andy climbed
Andy looking comfortable as he gives Dan a "bee-lay"
Woot-woot!
Esmé gives it a spin, too!
The moon followed us everywhere during each day in the Cedarberg
