While the internet is working and all...
Last Wednesday Eland was feeling a bit under the weather (I never did figure out why), so rather than doing something super fun, we just walked around town with Sandrine. We stopped by the botanical gardens, visited Dan at work, and had iced tea and cupcakes at a cute little cafe while Eland napped in the stroller. While we were at Dan's office, we found an adorable little critter in the hallway outside his door. I still haven't looked it up, but it was fantastic. Sandrine is a lover of all creatures great and small, and had to rescue this little guy. :) She gently scooped him up in her sunhat, and we escorted him outside. He wouldn't get out when we offered him the tree, but he happily stepped off the hat when we offered him soil. Smart bug. Here he is:
"Take a picture of my tractor!"
Eland loves tractors. Considering how much Auggie loves airplanes, I'm not surprised that he's found his vehicle of choice.
