Monday we had an extremely cold day in Stellenbosch, something like 54˚F outside. That makes for frigid temps inside. And I know that sounds completely wussy. Anyway, after a cloudy weekend and rain from Sunday through Tuesday morning, Dan spotted this incredible rainbow outside our window. It was stunning! Huge, bright, and so big that you could see a mini-rainbow below the bottom violet.
