South Africa

Have I mentioned that we're moving there? In a week and a half? ... Yes you read that correctly, we are moving to South Africa in a week and a half, and my head is still spinning with the multitude of things that need to get done before we leave. In fact, that's why I haven't posted on my blog in months--our lives have been filled with showing the house (aka cleaning CONSTANTLY), tying up loose ends, getting visas, booking flights, packing, selling our worldly belongings, did I mention the holidays? And taking care of my boys on top of that? My head has been in spin-mode for a very long time now. In a nutshell, Dan will be teaching engineering at Stellenbosch University just outside of Cape Town. Our boys are young and transportable, and our family has given us their full support, so we thought why not head off on the adventure of our lives. Not to mention that we feel that God very clearly told us to go there. I plan to explain everything fully when I have time, but this will have to do for now. - From my iPhone
